It is a fluent, non-foaming detergent with high alkali content. Due to its high alkali content and the including special material it has a great dirt dissolving and dispersing effect, and it prevents the precipitation of salts causing water hardness, and stone formation. It can preserve its outstanding features even by very hard water. Concerning prescribed instructions of application it does not attack surfaces made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, glass, plastic, rubber. It is not recommended to use on surfaces made of aluminium and its alloys. It is applicable in the field of dairy industry, but it is suitable for the removal of tartar.
