It is a liquid detergent with high alkali content. Due to its high alkali content and the including special material it has a great dirt dissolving and dispersing effect, and it prevents the precipitation of salts causing water hardness, and stone formation. The significant amount of active chlorine provides a good disinfection effect. It preserves its excellent properties even by very hard water. Concerning prescribed instructions of application it does not attack surfaces made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, glass, plastic and rubber. It is not recommended to use on surfaces made of aluminium and its alloys. It is well applicable in various fields of the food industry, in sectors of the dairy, meat and beverage industry. Due to the high lye-content it is primarily recommended to use by machine cleaning procedures, e.g.: CIP systems or high pressure equipment.
