It is a liquid, highly alkaline, foaming, special detergent concentrate. The detergent penetrates quickly and strongly to the hardened and charred fat and protein containing coatings. It loosens, emulsifies and disperses the depositions. The cleaning solution is effective and doesn’t lose its foaming activity even at high water hardness. With a special equipment one can make stable foam which can stick longer to vertical walls. It can be used to clean chrome-nickel steel, normal steel and alkali-resistant surfaces. It does not attack the rubber seals. It can also clean aluminum and galvanized surfaces. It’s used mainly in the food industry.
